To scale this metric to affect 1 million people, the company should implement a freemium model with basic features free for small clinics (1-3 doctors) to drive rapid adoption and create a robust partner ecosystem with medical equipment vendors, EMR providers, and healthcare networks to facilitate seamless integrations and referrals.
